Help Topics

The first choice in the Help Menu is usually Help Topics. This is what people mean when they say, "Use Help." Help Topics is normally structure in the following way:

Contents - structured list

Index - alphabetical list

Find - Keyword Search - the Office Assistant essentially works like this.
